White Glove Guarantee
It is one thing to guarantee that your home will be completed on-time, it is something else altogether to also guarantee that your home will be completed 100% to your satisfaction. As a P&D customer, you will be assigned a member of our "detailing team." This team member will be at your complete disposal in the final two weeks prior to completing your new home. Their purpose is to tend to all of your needs: fine tuning, polishing, product testing and making sure attention is given to each and every detail related to your new home. Their goal is your complete satisfaction. At P&D Builders, we will not bring closure to your home until you sign-off, indicating that you’re 100% satisfied and your new home is 100% complete.
Our Warranty & Service
Although we are very proud that our homes require very little warranty service, when situations do arise, you can rest assured that our full-time warranty manager is there to promptly service your needs. At P&D Builders, we make exceptional service a foundation upon which we build our company! Our custom homes are backed by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio’s New Home Limited Warranty Agreement, which can be downloaded below.
